2.) EVMS Analyst Jr – Deadline – 20 July 2023:-

Overview

The EVMS Analyst will support the GSD Program Management including the Control Account Managers (CAMs) and prepare the program’s monthly integrated program management report (IPMR) CDRL as well as the quarterly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR). In addition, the Analyst will help manage and administer the EVMS tools and processes and serve as the primary EVMS compliance interface with the customer and Vectrus Corporate.

Responsibilities

1. Use MPM and WInsight including:
   1. Import actuals and estimated actuals into MPM and reconcile with the accounting ledger
   2. Import and maintain budget baseline
   3. Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
   4. Maintain schedules in MPM and/or a scheduling tool and update monthly performance
   5. Update Estimates to Complete
   6. Maintain the Program Baseline Log
2. Analyze monthly and cumulative contract baseline budget versus actual costs
3. Perform quality assurance of programs’ variance analysis reports for accuracy
4. Ensure corporate EVMS system is followed
5. Support Finance Director and Vectrus Corporate EVMS Compliance Lead as needed
6. Facilitate integrated baseline reviews (IBRs) as required.
7. Perform other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree
• Experience:
  • Prior experience developing Work Breakdown Structures and related budgets in job costing environment.
• Skills:
  • Four (4+) years of MS Excel or similar software-based experience
  • Three (3+) Years of relational database management experience.
• WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Work is generally conducted in an office environment and may require prolonged sitting and extensive keyboard and computer operations; some light lifting. May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

2.) Project Control Automation Lead – Deadline – 20 July 2023:-

Overview

Under the general direction of the Project Controls Manager, responsible for maintaining a complex integrated system of financial services that contribute to cost effective accounting management control over the project financial records. Lead the overall financial services and accounting tasks associated within the GSD to provide accurate, timely, and reliable services and reports. Services include project controls , forecasting, cost analysis, and active participation in the overall accounting period close planning, financial accounting reconciliation and analysis, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Exercises responsibility over Controls automation areas of the program including graphs, analytical review, and cost reporting
2. Ensures that all financial reporting activities for the program are thoroughly and timely prepared and reviewed and that all reports are in compliance with appropriate financial standards and company requirements.
3. Assists Senior Management in development of strategic business plans and forecasts; monitors actual vs. budget/forecast ensuring financial statements provide a realistic view of the K-BOSSS financial position.
4. Overall financial compliance including review of financial procedures and practices to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
5. Interfaces with internal and external auditors
6. Other financial-related duties including: consulting with senior management and functional managers regarding financial-related activities; develop and implement financial controls; conduct financial reviews of program areas; prepare and analyze various financial reports; develop and monitor performance metrics for financial management, and; other duties as required
7. Perform duties of Control Account Manager for Materials, Equipment, and Other Direct Costs Budget in support of the project’s EVMS.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics;
• Experience:
  • four or more years of experience in all areas of accounting finance including Financial Analysis or Project Controls. Experience in operations with multiple locations is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong- knowledge level of automated financial systems. Specific knowledge regarding cost accounting data within financial systems is required. Automation of reporting and analysis. Dashboard creation and maintenance.
• SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project Controls reporting & automation responsibility for the GSD.
• WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
  • Work is generally conducted in an office environment. However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
